Acorn Brokers (Pty) Ltd is an authorised financial services provider licensed by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) under Financial Services Provider licence number FSP 47433.

All financial products distributed by Acorn Brokers are underwritten by registered insurers in compliance with the Insurance Act (No. 18 of 2017) and the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (No. 37 of 2002).

As a licensed financial services provider, Acorn Brokers is required to:

Important: Firearms Guardian products do not provide cover for unlicensed firearm use, deliberate unlawful acts, alcohol or drug impairment during firearm use, or matters that existed at policy inception. Legal representation has a 1-month waiting period and liability cover has a 3-month waiting period. Full exclusions and waiting periods are detailed in the policy wording.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to the FAIS Ombud at 0860 324 766 or info@faisombud.co.za.
